Meet Our Founder & Director
Major (Retired) Muhammad Qasim Raja
Founder & Director – Operations, Logistics, Compliance, Energy & Aviation Services
Major (Retired) Muhammad Qasim Raja is the Founder and Director of EPC Express Limited, bringing over 20 years of leadership and operational experience across military aviation, logistics, compliance, property, energy and professional training.
With 1,250 flying hours across fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, his aviation background is complemented by practical experience in operations, risk management, project coordination, logistics and multi-stakeholder management.
As a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Retrofit Assessor, he also has hands-on experience in EPCs, retrofit assessments, property inspections, heat-loss calculations and energy improvement services.
He holds an MSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Sheffield Hallam University, alongside postgraduate and professional qualifications in International Relations, logistics, project management, procurement and operational leadership.
At EPC Express Limited, he leads the company’s strategy, operations, compliance, commercial partnerships, property and energy services, aviation training and business development, with a focus on building a professional, reliable and growing UK-wide organisation.
