Major (Retired) Muhammad Qasim Raja is the Founder and Director of EPC Express Limited, leading the company’s operational management, strategic development, compliance systems, commercial partnerships and business growth activities across the energy, property and aviation sectors within the United Kingdom.
With over 20 years of professional leadership experience, he brings a diverse background spanning military aviation with 1,250 safe flying hours across fixed and rotary wing aircrafts, flight operations, logistics & supply chain management, compliance monitoring, project coordination, administration, training, property services and organisational management.
Within the UK property and energy sector, he actively works as a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Retrofit Assessor, with extensive experience in EPC production, retrofit assessments, property inspections, heat loss calculations, PAS 2035 awareness and funded energy improvement coordination.
Academically, he holds an MSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Sheffield Hallam University (UK), an M.Phil in International Relations (course work), a Master’s degree in International Relations, a Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management together with additional professional qualifications in project management, logistics, procurement, financial management and operational leadership.
His long-term vision for EPC Express Limited is to develop a professionally managed and operationally structured organisation supporting energy compliance, property services, aviation training, operational consultancy and professional development activities through strategic partnerships, modern systems and sustainable business growth.
